We use standard valuation practices that take into account the market area, size of property, cost of repairs/updates needed. Every property valuation is specific to the address and is performed using specialized systems and trained agents.

Although we do have licensed agents and brokers on our staff we are in the business of purchasing homes from you. Real estate brokerages sell your home for you through traditional methods that are usually more time consuming and costly. 

No, it is a no obligation service we provide that has no strings attached. We are assuming that your contact with us means you have interest and or questions about selling your property. We want to provide you with a fair  offer on the property that at minimum will leave you better informed about solutions to sell your property as-is. 

It depends on the specific property. Ultimately all properties will be rehabbed for resale or rental purposes.
